Pickup Rescue (pickuprescue.com) is operated by Joseph Overson, a sole proprietor in Parowan, Utah. Pickup Rescue provides a missed-call text-back service to plumbing businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Only to send the text about your missed call (and possibly one follow-up), pass your reply to the business you called so they can help you, honor opt-outs, and produce aggregate monthly reports for that business.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. Your information is shared only with the plumbing business you called and with service providers needed to deliver messages (such as our SMS carrier, Twilio), or when required by law.
Message records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and reporting, and are protected with reasonable safeguards.
